What is the minimum age requirement for rental?

Minimum age is 25 years old, our Corvettes (and all future vehicles) are, and always will be, registered and insured as rental vehicles. Due to that fact, insurance sets the minimum age at 25 years old.

What about insurance?

Once the client takes possession of the rental vehicle, the vehicle is now under the client's insurance policy. New England Corvette will need to verify that your current policy is active and includes fire, theft, and collision coverage. Regardless of the year, make, or model of your current insured vehicle, the rented vehicle will be covered while it's in your possession.

What about any damage not covered by insurance?

In addition to the rental fee, New England Corvette will collect a security deposit from the client used to cover any damage from negligent or abusive operation. If the vehicle is returned with the results of any damage not covered by insurance, the repair and/or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit. Upon receipt, the security deposit will be placed in escrow or submitted as a credit card authorization and refunded in full once the vehicle has been returned in acceptable mechanical and physical condition.

What is the cancellation policy once a reservation is made?

We will do our best to work with the client to reschedule in such circumstances. Inclement weather, family situations, and countless other things can, and do arise unexpectedly. If more than 48 hours, a full refund will be issued. However, a cancellation for any reason, within 48 hours of the scheduled vehicle delivery will result in a 50% refund, or a full credit towards a future rental.

Can I use the vehicle for off road, or track use?

Under no circumstances, can any vehicle from New England Corvette LLC be used in any time trial, race, speed contest, or any type of off road use. This activity would instantly void the contract as well as the insurance policy. New England Corvette LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental policy upon knowledge of such activity.

 

 

 

What payments are accepted?

New England Corvette LLC accepts all major credit cars, checks, bank checks, money orders, and cash, although credit card transactions are preferred. Security deposits that are paid with a credit card, a refund in the form of a credit will be issued to the card used for payment. No cash security deposit refunds when purchased with a credit card.

How do I make a reservation?

Its easy, check your calendar, pick a date thats best for you, and then you can either email or call to check the vehicles' availability for that date. If the car is available, its all yours. If its already booked on your first chosen date, we would be happy to work with you to schedule a date that is both good for you and the availability of the vehicle.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes we do. Have you ever had trouble buying the perfect gift for the Corvette or sports car enthusiast in your life? A gift certificate from New England Corvette may be the answer, and will certainly provide a gift that won't be soon forgotten. Gift Certificates are available in any denomination, please contact us regarding gift certificate purchases.

What's the catch?

There is no catch - we are a legitimate, registered, insured, local business that is looking forward to providing you with a unique and positive experience. Clients are encouraged to fully enjoy their chosen Corvette as if it was their own car, for as long as whatever rental term they choose. Customers are welcome to see the vehicle(s) before committing to a reservation, please contact us to schedule a viewing.
